The Santiago Solar photovoltaic park lies in the commune of Til til, Metropolitan Region, Chile. It has a total installed capacity of 115 MW, distributed among the 360 thousand panels on a fixed structure that the park has. Since it began operating in January 2018, the plant has prevented the emission of about 82 thousand tons of CO2 annually, which is comparable to the carbon dioxide that nearly 550 thousand trees would have absorbed. The project was jointly developed by AME and EDF Renewables Chile.
